Our Lady of Miracles Church, Melathirupanthuruthi

Our Lady of Miracles Church belongs to the diocese of kumbakonam. This parish consists of three sub stations namely Pasar, Nadukkavery, Khulimathur. There are about three hundred families in the parish. Most of the parishners engage themselves in farming and agriculture. The people of this parish are simple and down to earth. As Pallottines, we extend our pastoral activity to each and every family of the parish. We too open our hands to share with the poor people. We have offered financial help for education of many downtrodden students. To empower women and give stability for them, we have gifted tailoring machines to many women. We have put up a toilet block in the parish campus. Our social activities in the village is well appreciated especially for building houses for poor families. The presence of Pallottines has been ten years in the parish and the faith of the people is very vibrant.
