Education Ministry is one of the important ministries our Province members are involved in. The Province runs schools owned by Dioceses: at Meenachiapuram and at Thirunagar, both of which are in the Archdiocese of Madurai. Besides, the Province also runs and manages a few schools, which we consider briefly here below.

St. Vincent Pallotti Matriculation Higher Secondary School at Annai Theresa Nagar, Chennai had a very humble beginning in the year 1995 in the Parochial House at Rajaji Nagar, Pallavaram, Chennai. It was started with the noble intention of educating the first generation of the people in the area and thereby, improving the socio-economic conditions of the people. In the year 1999, the school was shifted to the present location which is more spacious. Today, after 25 years, it is a full-fledged school campus with all the necessary infrastructure. The school celebrated its Silver Jubilee on 10 January 2020 with great pomp and show.

St. Vincent Pallotti Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Salem: Pallottines entered the Diocese of Salem with the starting of a community in Suramangalam in the year 1990. It is only after six years of our presence in Salem, we ventured into education ministry among the people living in and around the Steel Plant Area. The new school was inaugurated on 10th June, 1996 and so, it completed 25 years in 2021.

Pallotti Kindergarten/Primary/Higher Secondary School, PILLAR: These institutions being faithful to the founding ideals provide quality education for the poor children irrespective of creed and caste. Special accent is placed on the education of quarry children. The medium of instruction is Tamil.

Bruder Klaus CBSE School, PILLAR:

St. Vincent Pallotti CBSE School, Kaliyal: We have begun a school in Kaliyal Campus with a view to providing education to the children around the area in Kanyakumari. It had a humble beginning in a make-shift building with 27 students in Kindergarten on 6 June 2017. By April 2018, the number of students increased to 121 with classes from Pre-KG to III Std. The need was felt to have a separate and well-furnished structure. So, on 23 November 2019, the foundation stone was laid for a new school building. A Block Ground floor was completed and blessed on July 03, 2019, whereas B Block Ground Floor was completed and blessed on 04 October 2021.
